I’ve held numerous public library Type-In events in Albuquerque and we’ve never had those requirements, they’ve all been free of charge and no insurance required. It must be the policy of your regional library system.
Joe — The lady I spoke to said she might be able to waive the activity fee but not the insurance. Thanks for your input.
That’s never happened with our type-ins at libraries either. Find another venue.
Ted — My wife said the same thing. We have a nice community center here in town. I plan to drop by there Monday and see what’s available. Thanks for responding.
