It was our first 4th of July in Claremont, so we went out to Memorial Park for the festivities. Sandy enjoyed posing with Uncle Sam. She got a big kick out of posing with Uncle Sam on stilts.

It was our first Christmas in the new houose, but I wanted to get away to Arizona. I’d been thinking about writing a novel based on historical events in Tombstone. (Note: the novel never happened.)

Our Dream House

Sandy and I bought a home in Claremont and will be moving in this Labor Day weekend. I handed my little Olympus point-and-shoot to our realtor to take the picture.
